When is a size/product coming back into stock?

We understand that you can find an item you love only to find your size is no longer in stock. If you are absolutely in love with a piece, but we have sold out, we are happy to request to have the item restocked. On occasion we may make products available again for pre-order.

To avoid the heartbreak of finding your item has sold out you can refine your search on the left side of each page so you will only see products available in your size. 

How do I know if my order has been placed?

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, check your email junk or spam folder or contact info@modasociety.com

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your order.

I’ve sent some items back from my order. Have you received them?

Although orders can be delivered very quickly, returns can often take 7-14 days to arrive.

Once received we work as fast as possible to process your return, but in some cases this can take anywhere between 2 to 3 business days. 

Where does Moda Society ship to?

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping is included with the purchase of your item.

Can I track the delivery of my garments?

You will receive an email which includes a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How do I know the sizing of the garment?

The listing will provide a detailed description of the garments including sizing, fabric, brand.

What if I can't find the dress in my size?

We are always expanding our designer collection, please email us at info@modasociety.com for more information on if and when we may have your size in stock.

What is the refunds policy?

 Do I need to register an account to shop?

No, you will be asked for your delivery details when the order is placed, and you have the option to sign up to our mailing list.

Do you offer Afterpay?

We do offer Afterpay on items sold through Moda Society 

 

Hiring

How far in advance can I reserve a garment?

Bookings can be made for any time in the future. 

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

Once the checkout process is completed, you will immediately receive an email confirmation. If the item ordered is a Luxury Item, you will receive an additional email to confirm the booking.

How do I return my hire item to Moda Society?

Moda Society will provide you with a reply-paid enveloped. On the last day of your hire period, simply put the garment in the bag and place it in your local yellow Express Australia Post box.

What if the hire return date falls on a weekend or public holiday?

On the last day of your hire period, please put the reply paid envelope in your local postbox...even if Australia's enjoying a day off!

What if I accidentally stain or damage the dress?

We accept returns with normal wear and tear or minor stains such as food, make-up, fake tan or drinks. However, if the damage irreparable, you will be charged the Excess Damage Fee of $150. 

What if I can't find the dress in my size?

We are always expanding our designer collection, please email us at info@modasociety.com for more information on if and when we may have your size in stock.

What if the dress doesn't fit?

We do our best to provide as much sizing detail as we can in the dress description. However, we understand that sometimes a dress just doesn't work, please email us at info@modasociety.com as soon as your dress arrives and we can try and attempt to accommodate you.

I need my dress tomorrow, is this possible?

We recommend booking the garment as far in advance as possible. However, if you would like next day delivery the order must be confirmed by 2 pm the day before and within Australia Posts 'Express Post Delivery Network.'

Do I have to be at home when my dress is delivered?

If you are not at home, your delivery may be taken to your local post office. Please write in the 'Delivery Instructions' section of the Checkout Process whether or not you are happy for the delivery to be left near your door.
